I was concerned that black would appear too formal for Spring/Summer, however the chiffon at the bottom really lightens and airs up the outfit. I like how there are a few sequins at the top lace portion to provide some sparkle without being over the top. Since I am quite top heavy (38E-F), I decided to get the 16W in the hopes that it would provide more space at the top.
